Unable to send Voicemail notification

If you are not receiving e-mail notification about voicemail messages, check the following:

  1. Ensure your UCX system is connected to the Internet
  2. Ensure that DNS settings are properly configured (at least one valid DNS server must be specified). See section Network Parameters for more information.
  3. Check if the extension(s) have e-mail notification configured.
  4. Check if your Internet service provider supports sending of e-mail messages using port 25 (SMTP).  If your ISP blocks port 25, go to the Remote SMTP page and configure a remote SMTP server.
