If you are not receiving e-mail notification about voicemail messages, check the following:
- Ensure your UCX system is connected to the Internet
- Ensure that DNS settings are properly configured (at least one valid DNS server must be specified). See section Network Parameters for more information.
- Check if the extension(s) have e-mail notification configured.
- Check if your Internet service provider supports sending of e-mail messages using port 25 (SMTP). If your ISP blocks port 25, go to the Remote SMTP page and configure a remote SMTP server.
