E-MetroTel PSTN SIP Trunk Account
This guide is based on the following sample SIP account details:
- SIP SERVER: sip-us.emetrotel.com
- VOIP Username : 2110000…
- VOIP Password : 6Dx4………
- Account DID: 1347812222
- Number of Channels: 2 channels
You must obtain your own E-MetroTel SIP Trunk Configuration Details.
Add V-SIPGW16 card
- Check to be sure SIP Client Port Number at Shelf Property for V-SIPGW is 5060.
- Go to Port Property of the card and enter the SIP account – add basic channel.

- Set up Calling Party to “PBX-CLIP“Calling Party Tab:
- Add second channel – add channel for the slot where has been set up the Basic channel
- Change both ports to “Inservice“
- Select Trunk Group number for these two channels
- Change COS of these Trunk group to “1“
- Write DID number to DDI/DID Table for extension that will use it (inbound)
- Write CLIP for the extension (outbound)
- Modify dialing plan
