E‑MetroTel Phones

E‑MetroTel delivers a fully integrated communications solution anchored by two integrated platforms:

  • UCX, the backbone of telephony — supporting IP, analog, and digital devices, with call control, voicemail, routing, trunks, and over 100 voice features. It also powers Green Migration, allowing customers to modernize while continuing to use existing phones and wiring.
  • InfinityOne, the foundation for collaboration — enabling secure chat, video conferencing, presence, real-time and historical queue reporting, and omnichannel contact center communication.

Together, they provide a seamless communications environment across all supported deployments — cloud, on-premises, or virtualized — and are accessible through a family of Infinity telephones designed for different devices and user needs.

Infinity 3065

Softphone app on multiple platforms

A downloadable softphone that runs on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. Designed to give both mobile and desktop users access to modern telephony and messaging from a single app.

  • Can be used for calling, chat, and video conferencing
  • Can also be used for SMS/MMS messaging when UCX messaging services are enabled
  • Supports push notifications for incoming calls and messages on mobile devices
  • Offers persistent login, enhanced OS integration, and desktop install options for users who prefer app-based calling
  • Ideal for remote users, mobile professionals, or those who want a consistent experience across phone and desktop
  • App installation can be done individually or can be part of an enterprise deployment

Infinity Web Client

Browser-Based Desktop Softphone

Runs in the browser on desktop-class systems (Windows, macOS, Linux). Designed for users who need quick, full-featured access to voice and collaboration tools without installing software.

  • Can be used for calling, chat, video conferencing, presence, queue visibility, real-time and historical reporting
  • Professional-level omnichannel contact center communication across SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and webchat media (with email coming soon.)
  • Uses WebRTC for secure, plugin-free audio and video in a web environment
  • Designed for desktop use only; not supported on mobile browsers
  • Ideal for hybrid workers, hot desks, or shared workstations or those needing access from any computer
  • Accessible for any location via Chrome browser soon to be supported on select other common browsers

Infinity 7000 series

Touchscreen Desk Phone

A dedicated, always-on touchscreen hardware phone with same look and feel as Infinity 3065.

  • Can be used for calling, chat, and video conferencing
  • Can also be used for SMS/MMS messaging when UCX messaging services are enabled
  • Ideal for executive desks, reception areas, shared spaces, and environments where a traditional deskphone is expected
  • Offers consistent user experience with the 3065 app, without requiring a PC or browser
