E‑MetroTel delivers a fully integrated communications solution anchored by two integrated platforms:
- UCX, the backbone of telephony — supporting IP, analog, and digital devices, with call control, voicemail, routing, trunks, and over 100 voice features. It also powers Green Migration, allowing customers to modernize while continuing to use existing phones and wiring.
- InfinityOne, the foundation for collaboration — enabling secure chat, video conferencing, presence, real-time and historical queue reporting, and omnichannel contact center communication.
Together, they provide a seamless communications environment across all supported deployments — cloud, on-premises, or virtualized — and are accessible through a family of Infinity telephones designed for different devices and user needs.
