The Remote SMTP Delivery page allows you to enable email services using a remote SMTP server when port 25 is blocked.
To configure the Remote SMTP server on your UCX system, perform the following steps:
- Open UCX Administration
- From the System tab, select System Tools, then select Remote SMTP from the left hand menu
- Update the fields as required
- Press the Save button to save the configuration changes
The fields required for the connection are:

Now you must set the server email attribute to a valid outlook365 email address so that the outlook365 email system will allow the email to be relayed through the system as though the email originated from within the outlook365 system.
Navigate to the PBX – Voicemail Settings – Settings page.
Locate the serveremail setting and set it to a valid outlook email address, for example: [email protected].
Press the Submit button and Apply the changes.
