Configure Program Dial Keys
On some models of Vtech SIP phones, you can program the soft keys that appear during the various call modes.
You can access the Program Dial pages by navigating to System – Programmable Keys – Program Dial X.
Each key requires a Label (short enough to fit in the soft key’s area), an Account and number (Value) that the key will dial, a location (Insert Label Before) where the key will fit between the other soft keys, and the call Mode(s) during which the key will appear.
