Configuring Toshiba Digital Phones
Step 1
Configure any of the DSM16 modules that will be used to connect the Toshiba digital phones to the UCX with the appropriate Toshiba settings. The Digital Set Mode should be set to Toshiba.

Step 2
To create a single extension for an Toshiba Digital Phone, refer to Basic – Adding XSTIM Extension for details. For Toshiba phones, select Toshiba as the Phone Vendor and then select the specific model of phone from the Phone Type drop-down.
Key Mappings
The speed dial (Spdial) key on DKT3000 and DP5000 series phones is mapped to the Services key (Features menu).
The conference/transfer (Cnf/Trn) key on DKT3000 and DP5000 series phones is mapped to the Conference feature.
Limitations
- The Mute operation does not work on DKT3000 series phones in handset mode. It works only in handsfree mode.
- On the DP5130-FSDL/SDL phone models, only 10 programmable keys with key labels are supported.
