On the Infinity 577, there is a red alarm button located on top of the handset. This button acts as a speed dial to a number configured in the base station.

To make a call on the Alarm button, hold the button for 3 seconds. After 3 seconds has passed, a call will be made to the configured Alarm Number.

Step 1 – Set Alarm Button

• Access the Alarm page from the side navigation panel.
• Profile Alias – Enter a name/description under
• Alarm Type – Select Alarm Button
• Click Save to finish the configuration

Step 2 – Assign Alarm to Handset

• Access the Extensions page
• Click on the IPEI link of the handset you want to configure
• Alarm Line – Select the extension associated with the handset
• Alarm Number – Enter the number to call
• Under Alarm Profiles, select the profile that was created in the previous step.
• Click the Save button to submit the configuration.
