Overview
This feature allows the administrator to auto provision and perform firmware updates of a phone based on a schedule or fixed intervals.
Refer to XSTIM – No Touch Cloud Provisioning for details on how to configure the parameters using custom PCODEs.
Configure Auto Firmware Update
The auto update feature is enabled by default and configured to retrieve firmware from E-Metrotel’s public server.
- From the web interface, navigate to Management -> Auto Provision page.
- Set Upgrade Mode (default HTTP).
- Set Firmware Server Path (default repo.uc-x.org/infinity.fw).
- Set AUTO Upgrade to Yes.
- If you have expansion modules connected, set Upgrade EXP Firmware to Yes. (See Infinity 5000 Series – Expansion Module Firmware Update for more details.)
- Set Upgrade Check Mode to Always Check for New Firmware.
- Click the SaveSet button
Power On and Repeatedly
This is the legacy feature that allows the phones to automatically provision and perform firmware update checks on a fixed regular interval based on minutes.

Schedule Provisioning by Weeks
Allows the administrator to schedule the frequency, day and time of when provisioning can take place by weeks.
