Introduction
The Infinity 5010W XSTIM IP Phone has 10 programmable buttons and is a feature rich and affordable IP phone for small and medium businesses. Programmable buttons can be configured with UCX features like BLF, Auto-Dial, Intercom, Call Pickup, and many other features. The phone has built-in support for bluetooth headsets and Wifi internet connection. It also supports using the 5030 wireless adapter for wireless headsets.
The 5010W features a high-resolution 4.3″ 480 x 272-pixel color display with backlight TFT-LCD display and HD quality audio. LED for call, message waiting indication, mute, handsfree and headset.

Installation
Step 1 – Attach the phone stand
If installing the phone on the wall, then the phone stand becomes the wall mount and should be installed on the wall first.
Step 2 – Connect the handset and optional headset
The 5010W phone supports bluetooth headsets. See XSTIM - Bluetooth for instructions on how to turn on and pair your bluetooth headset.
The 5010W phone also supports the Infinity 5030 wireless headset adapter.
Step 3 – Connect to the network and power
The Infinity 5010W phone is PoE enabled. The power adapter is extra and not included.
Optionally connect computer to the PC port.
The 5010W supports connecting to the network via WiFi. See XSTIM - Wifi for instructions on how to turn on and connect to network via WiFi.
Register the Phone
Find out how to use our No-touch Cloud Provisioning Tool to pre-configure phones. When the phone is powered up and connected, it will automatically register.
