Infinity 5000 Series (SIP) – Configuring SRTP

SRTP for 5000 series running SIP firmware

The required configuration to make the 5004/5008/5010W work with TLS is:

  1. Infinity SIP phone must be on latest SIP firmware (2.0.4.6.44 or higher).
  2. On the phone: Profile -> Advanced -> SRTP enabled and required
  3. On the UCX: PBX Configuration -> Extension -> Enable Encryption = YES (SRTP only)
