Overview
Infinity 3065 is a downloadable softphone that runs on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. Designed to give both mobile and desktop users access to modern telephony and messaging from a single app.

- Can also be used for SMS/MMS messaging when UCX messaging services are enabled
- Supports push notifications for incoming calls and messages on mobile devices

- App installation can be done individually or can be part of an enterprise deployment
Prerequisites
- Internet access is required for the initial activation and provisioning of the Infinity 3065 softphone.
- On mobile devices, ongoing internet access is required for push notifications to be sent to the softphone.
- If SMS subscription service is enabled for the device, internet access is required to send and receive SMS messages.
Provisioning
Each installation of the Infinity 3065 requires a unique Device ID. This unique Device ID aids in avoiding potential network related conflicts when connecting to UCX software.
Additional applications or SMS subscriptions can also be assigned here to each device ID.
