Prerequisites
- Internet access is required for the initial activation and provisioning of the Infinity 7000 Series phone.
- The phone must be assigned to a parent UCX SN in the Partner Portal.
Provisioning
Step 1 – Configure Profile
- Login to the Partner Portal
- Navigate to Provisioning – Infinity 7xxx
- Filter and find the phone(s) you are provisioning
- Click on the SN number of the phone in the list to edit the profile
OR
Select the checkboxes for the desired phones and use the Bulk Edit feature to configure multiple phones. - There are 4 tabs: Profile, Network, Services, Update. For each tab, update the required information.
- When done, click on the UPDATE button to save.
- Verify that the phone is assigned to a parent UCX SN and the status of the phone is shown as Assigned.
Step 2 – Registration
This step is performed on the phone itself and is done one-time only to register the phone and start the warranty.
Internet access is required to register the phone and also retrieve its profile from the partner portal that was configured in Step 1.
- Power on the phone.
- If the phone is not connected to the internet, you can connect to the internet via Wi-Fi. Select the Wi-Fi button and proceed to connect to the internet first.

- Once there is internet connection, press the Register button.

- On successful registration, you can now proceed to the phone screen and start using the phone.

- If the registration failed, check the following:
- Check the phone has internet access
- Check the phone status in the Partner Portal shows Ässigned.
