Galaxy 250 – FXO 8-port power from PCI-E

The FXO 8-port interface card starting from version 1.4 can be configured to power from the PCI-E slot, i.e. an external power source is not required.

To enable power from the PCI-E slot:

  1. Look for the PCIE power switch on the interface card
  2. Push the switch to the DOWN position as seen in the figure below.
