System Information
The System Information page is the normal landing page after logging in to the system after you have activated the system and changed the login password from the default value.
Product Information
The Serial Number shown on this page should match that shown on the label on the physical card or on the shipping box. This serial number is used as part of the Activation process to track the hardware installation date for the Hardware Warranty.
Activation Information
This section indicates if the product has been activated, the name/email of the reseller that sold it and the customer particulars that are recorded in the Activation information. For details on how to activate a card, refer to Activating an Analog Gateway Card. Note that activation is required before it can be used for making calls although configuration can be completed on an un-activated card.
Firmware Information
The section provides details on the firmware load that is currently installed and being used on this card as well as the physical MAC address of the card itself.
System Time
System up-time and the time being used on the the system clock are shown.
Resource Usage
CPU and Memory resource utilization
Network Status
The Network Status page provides a summary of the WAN, MGT, and VPN IP-related information.
MGT
This section provides the Management (MGT) IP Addressing information currently configured on the system if you have configured a Management IP address.
VPN
This section provides the VPN IP Addressing information currently configured on the system if you have configured a VPN connection.
Port Status
The Port Status page provides an overview of the status of each of the physical analog interface ports on the card. Reviewing this page will provide an instantaneous view of the type and quantity of each card. It will look different for each of the four types of Analog Gateway cards (FXS16, FXS8, FXO8, and FXO/S8).
FXS16
You can determine if the SIP connection associated with a physical port is registered to the UCX as well as the on-hook / off-hook for each of the 16 ports on an FXS16 card:
CDR
If previously enabled, the CDR page allows you to quickly determine information about calls made to or from analog interfaces on the card since the last card restart.
CDR Control
- Enable CDR: Set to No (default) to not record any local CDR info. Set to Yes to begin tracking local CDR. (This does not impact the CDR records managed by the UCX software.)
- Call Status: Set to the call state value you wish to filter before writing to the CDR database. Default is Answer, options include All, No Answer, Failure, Busy, Congestion, Unknown.
- Save Quantity: The number of records that match the Call Status you wish to save in the local CDR database.
CDR Query
Allows you to filter the saved database to find records matching the physical Port, Caller, or Callee entered. You can also set the maximum Quantity of items to be returned by the query.
Call Features Status
This page shows the locally configured Do Not Disturb, Unconditional Transfer, Busy Transfer, and Unresponsive Transfer (or Forwarding) status for each of the FXS ports on the card. By default, these local features are disabled and the associated features on the UCX software are configured for the SIP extensions if required.
E-MetroTel recommends leaving these local features in a disabled state, unless otherwise recommended by EMT support personnel.
