The Batch of Extensions tool allows the administrator to make bulk changes to extensions. Here are the steps:

1. Login to UCX Administration
2. From the PBX tab, select Batch Configuration
3. Expand the left navigation column, select Batch of Extensions
4. Click on Download CSV File
5. Modify the CSV File as desired
6. Click Choose File and select the modified CSV file
7. Click on Upload CSV File
