The Event Viewer page displays errors, warnings, and informational events that are related to the operation of your UCX system.
To access the page, select Support followed by the subtab Event Viewer.
Filters
Select the Show Filter button to display the list of filters for the events. The display will change depending on the values of the filter:

| Start Date | The start date of the events to be displayed |
| End Date | The end date of the events to be displayed |
| Types | All Critical, Warning, Minor Critical, Warning Critical Warning Minor Info |
When all fields are set to the desired values, press the Apply Filter button to update the list.
If the filters are displayed, you can select the Hide Filter button to hide the filters.
Download
Select the Download button to download the report in CSV, Spreadsheet, or PDF formats.
