The Summary page allows you to generate a report with statistics for each extension.
To access the page:
- From the Reports tab, select Summary
Filter
Click on the Show Filter button to display the report filter.
The following filters are supported:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Start Date | Start date for the report. |
| End Date | End date for the report. |
| Filter by: Ext. | Enter an extension for just a single extension or leave blank to see all extensions. |
| Filter by: User | Enter a user name for a particular user or leave blank for all users. |
