The Missed Calls Report page allows you to generate a report of missed calls.
To access the page:
- From the Reports tab, select Missed Calls
Filter
Click on the Show Filter button to display the report filter.
The following filters are supported:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Start Date | Start date for the report |
| End Date | End date for the report |
| Source | Enter a value for source to limit report to the specific source |
| Destination | Enter a vakue for destination to limit report to the specific destination |
Download
Select the Download button to download the report in CSV, Spreadsheet, or PDF formats.
