Omnichannel: Managers Settings

Clicking on the Managers tab on the left side will display the list of any assigned managers with the option to add or remove Managers. 

  1. Admin can access this tab through clicking on the Managers tab on the side.

  2. Admin is sent to the list of Managers.

Adding a New Manager

To add a new manager:

  1. Click on search bar underneath "Username" to search for the desired User.

  2. Click to select the name.

  3. Click Add to add new Manager.

Removing a Manager

To remove an existing manager:

  1. Find the row with the Username you wish to remove.

  2. Click the trashbin icon underneath "Remove" column in that Manager's row, then click Yes, remove it! to confirm the action.

  3. The Username will no longer be shown in the list of Managers.
    omnichannelmanagers7.pngNOTE: This is only removing the "Manager" role from the user. The User is not deleted.
