Missed Calls

The Missed Calls Report page allows you to generate a report of missed calls.

To access the page, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the UCx Web-based Configuration Utility
  2. From the Reports tab, select Missed Calls


Click on the Show Filter button to display the report filter.

The following filters are supported:

Filter Description
Start Date Start date for the report
End Date End date for the report
Source Enter a value for source to limit report to the specific source
Destination Enter a vakue for destination to limit report to the specific destination


Select the Download button to download the report in CSV, Spreadsheet, or PDF formats.
