The Voicemail List page allows users to view details of the voicemail messages and to manage these messages.  Based on their group membership, users get different viewing and/or management privileges.  The following table show requirements and user rights based on their group membership.

To view a list of voicemail messages, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the UCx Web-based Configuration Utility
  2. From the PBX tab, select Voicemail
  3. Press the Show Filter button to show filter options
  4. Enter the Start Date and End Date and press the Show button to display messages left in mailbox(es) during the specified period

To listen to a voice message, select the Listen link in the Message column.

To download a voice message, select the Download link in the Message column.

To delete one or more voicemail messages presented on the page, select the checkbox on the left side of the desired message(s), press the Delete button and then confirm that you want to delete the selected messages.
