Omnichannel: Agents Settings
To configure Agents settings:

Access this tab through clicking on the Agents tab on the left-side.

Admin is presented with list of current agents.
Adding Agents
To add a new Agent:

Click on the search bar underneath Username and look for the User to give agent privileges.

Click on username.

Click on Add to add the user.
Removing Agents
To remove an Agent:
-
Find the row with the Username you wish to remove.

Click on trashbin icon underneath Remove column, then click Yes, remove it! to confirm the action.
Note: this only removes the "Agent" role from the user. It does not delete the User itself.
