Omnichannel: Agent Login

Logging In to Omnichannel

When Agents log in to the Omnichannel their credentials will be the same as their InfinityOne credentials. The following will show what the Agent will see while, and after they have logged in. 

1. Agent will log in through customer URL. (For example: https://<infinityOneURL>:21326/client#/)
   
2. Agent will be presented with the Welcome to InfinityOne Omnichannel page.

After Agents log in successfully they will be redirected to the welcome page that has options that Agents can interact with.
