The Ping page can be used by administrators to troubleshoot networking related issues.

Ping measures the round-trip time for messages sent from the UCX to the specified destination address.

To access the Ping page, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the UCx Web-based Configuration Utility
  2. From the System tab, select Network
  3. From the left side column, select Ping
  4. Enter the destination Hostname / IP Address, select the Duration, click on the Start button
  5. Click on the Stop button to clear the page.
