DHCP Bindings

The DHCP Bindings page allows you to view/change assignments of specific IP addresses managed by the DHCP Server running on your UCx system to configured MAC addresses.

To access the page, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the UCx Web-based Configuration Utility
  2. From the System tab, select Network
  3. From the left side column, select DHCP Bindings

Add

To create a new assignment of an IP address to a MAC address, press the Assign IP Address button.
Fill in the Host Name, IP address and MAC Address and press the Save button. Note that the IP Address that is assigned can be outside of the DHCP Server range for that interface but within the defined subnet.

View the Assigned Addresses

The DHCP Bindings page will be updated to show the ilst of all addresses assigned along with the correspnding Host Name and Mac Addresses. You may use the Show Filter button to find specifi entries based on each of the displayed field. You may enter just the first portion of a Host Name, IP Address, or MAC Address to identify multiple entries.

Delete

To delete an existing assignment of an IP address to a MAC address, select the corresponding row and press the Delete button,
