Stamp Log

To create a timestamp log entry for troubleshooting purposes.

USEFUL TIP

This is useful when reporting a problem to the system administrator to create a timestamp in the logs at the time of the problem occurring.

To create a time Stamp Log

Phone Type Steps Notes
All phones 1. Dial 9*9 . (Note: You may need to press # to complete the string.)
2. The system will announce the stamp log confirmation number.
You need to hang up to disconnect the current call, and then dial 9*9.
E-MetroTel XStim or InfinintyOne or  Nortel phones with Feature key 1. Press the Feature key followed by the feature code 9*9 .
2. The system will display the stamp log confirmation number.
This can be done while engaged on an active call.
