There are two types of call pickup: Directed Call Pickup and Group Call Pickup
- Directed Call Pickup allows you to pick up a call at a specific extension.
- Group Call Pickup allows you to pick up a call that belongs to a group.
Directed Call Pickup

Group Call Pickup
Call group and Pickup group(s) are configured by the system administrator on a per extension basis. The Pickup Group defines which Call Groups the extension can answer. If the defined Pickup Group number for an extension matches the Call Group number of a ringing extension, that extension can use the Group Pickup feature to answer the call.| Phone Type | Steps | Notes |
