Remote Call Forward
There are several types of call forwarding that you can activate remotely, i.e. from another phone:
  • Call Forward Unconditional will forward all calls.
  • Call Forward Busy will forward calls when you are busy on the line/DN.
  • Call Forward Unavailable will forward calls when you do not answer an incoming call after the specified number of rings.

To remote Call Forward All calls (Unconditional)

Phone Type Steps Notes
All phones 1. Dial *720 .
2. Enter your EXTENSION number when prompted.
3. Enter the destination phone number followed by the # key.
4. To deactivate, dial *73 + EXTENSION .
5. To deactivate all types of call forwarding, dial *74 .
If calling from an external phone, dial your DISA number followed by the PIN
code. When dial tone is presented, dial *720.

To remote Call Forward when Busy

Phone Type Steps Notes
All phones 1. Dial *910 .
2. Enter your EXTENSION number when prompted.
3. Enter the destination phone number followed by the # key.
4. To deactivate, dial *91 + EXTENSION.
5. To deactivate all types of call forwarding, dial *74 .
If calling from an external phone, dial your DISA number followed by the PIN
code. When dial tone is presented, dial *910.

To remote Call Forward when Unavailable

Phone Type Steps Notes
All phones 1. Dial *520 .
2. Enter your EXTENSION number when prompted.
3. Enter the destination phone number followed by the # key.
4. To deactivate, dial *53 + EXTENSION.
5. To deactivate all types of call forwarding, dial *74 .
If calling from an external phone, dial your DISA number followed by the PIN
code. When dial tone is presented, dial *520.
