Call Recording (On Demand)
USEFUL TIP

On Demand Call Recording is configured by the system administrator on a per extension basis. See Call Recording Options for details. (Note that some systems may not support Call Recording.)

To Start/Stop Call Recording

To start recording:
1. Dial *1 .
2. The system will play a beep tone to indicate recording has started.

To stop recording:

1. Dial *1 .
2. The system will play a beep tone to indicate recording has stopped.

1. Click the Record button.
2. The system will play a beep tone to indicate recording has started.


To stop recording:
1. Click the Record button again.
2. The system will play a beep tone to indicate recording has stopped.
