XSTIM - Configuring Distinctive Ringtones

Distinctive ringtones (Alert Info) are used to identify different types of incoming calls. See Distinctive ring tones (Alert Info) page for details on the modules in UCx that support this feature.

Perform these steps to configure distinctive ringtones on Infinity XSTIM 5000 series phones:

• Login to the UCx Web configuration utility
• Navigate to the module that supports distinctive ringtones (see Distinctive ring tones (Alert Info) for details)
• In the Alert Info field, enter one of the following identifier strings:
  • ​R0
  • R1
  • R2
  • R3
  • R4
  • R5
  • R6
  • R7
• Click on the Submit button followed by the Apply Config bar.
