Omnichannel - Logging In

Omnichannel can be accessed in multiple ways. The first being the traditional log-in method by using the same credentials as InfinityOne, or accessing Omnichannel through InfinityOne.

• ​Using InfinityOne credentials, User can log-in to Omnichannel through Omnichannel link. (e.g. - https://<infinityOneURL:21326/client#/)
  
• To access Omnichannel through InfinityOne (After User is logged in to InfinityOne).
  1. Click on the downward arrow next to User's name on the top Left.
     
  2. Click on "Omnichannel" at the bottom.
     
  3. Log in to Omnichannel with the same credentials. This will now be saved, and whenever the user accesses Omnichannel through InfinityOne through the same method as steps 1-2, User will be automatically logged in.
