Agents Settings
To configure Agents settings:
- Access this tab through clicking on the Agents tab on the left-side.
- Admin is presented with list of current agents.
Adding Agents
To add a new Agent:
- Click on the search bar underneath Username and look for the User to give agent privileges.
- Click on username.
- Click on Add to add the user.
Removing Agents
To remove an Agent:
- Find the row with the Username you wish to remove.
- Click on trashbin icon underneath Remove column, then click Yes, remove it! to confirm the action.
Note: this only removes the “Agent” role from the user. It does not delete the User itself.
