• Infinity 3065 softphone available NOW on Windows and MAC and Android
• Mobile InfinityOne softphone component will be replaced by Infinity 3065 softphone
• InfinityOne Desktop Standalone Application is Manufacturer Discontinued effective as of the release of InfinityOne 5.0. Standalone app users should migrate to web-based browser

InfinityOne 5.0 introduction September, 2024:

• InfinityOne will be pre-configured on all UCX systems.
• Multiple configuration steps are eliminated, lowering cost of deployment
• Customer will have quicker “time to first use” of E-MetroTel’s complete Unified Communications suite:
  – Direct, group, and private messaging (included)
  – Pages (included)
  – Video conferencing (included)
  – Queue Reports (licensed)
  – Wallboard (licensed)
  – Omnichannel Contact Center (licensed)

InfinityOne Release 5.1 Plan of Record:

• New functionally efficient layout for increased productivity and visual appeal (see images)
• Automatic account connection on computer start-up
• Simple formatting buttons for sending messages
• Sorting messages either by unread or favorites
• Channel/user sorting, searching, and joining enhancements
• Additional performance related improvements

Desktop (Windows/macOS/Linux) Changes:

• Infinity 3065 softphone now Available on Windows and MAC
• InfinityOne Desktop Standalone Application
  • Manufacturer Discontinued (MD) with the introduction of InfinityOne 5.0
  • Current capabilities continue to function
• InfinityOne messaging/video interface for desktops supported on Web-based browser only

Mobile (Android / iOS) Changes:

• Infinity 3065 softphone now available on Android, iOS availability in August
  • Becomes the only supported mobile voice capability
• Softphone access will be removed from the Mobile InfinityOne app interface
  • Mobile InfinityOne app will provide messaging and video only
  • Interim solution until messaging/video is introduced on Infinity 3065 Mobile
