  • Unread Channels Automatically Shown: Chat (DM) channels with new unread messages are automatically unhidden so important updates are not missed. The same is done for public and private channels with new mentions of the user.

This update is available to all supported UCX 7.0 systems with active software assurance. If you have automatic updates configured on the UCX system, InfinityOne 6.0 will be installed as of the next scheduled update. If not, a planned, manual software update will be required.

Known issues

All users will be automatically logged off once the system is updated to InfinityOne 6.0. However, if a user was already connected to the InfinityOne server in a browser tab when the upgrade was initiated, they will require reconnecting to the regular InfinityOne url that ends with the “:21326” suffix. Likewise, if a user has bookmarked a specific channel or anything other than the standard “url:21326”, they will need to edit the bookmark to the “url:21326”. Subsequent logins will proceed as expected.
