Infinity Dialer – Setup Guide for Administrators

Create API Manager Account

  1. Login to UCX Administration page.
  2. Navigate to PBX -> PBX Configuration -> Asterisk API
  3. Add Manager for Microsoft Teams, take note of the Manager name and Manager secret. Allow ALL Read and Write permissions.
  4. Click Submit Changes button.

Subscribe to MS Teams on Partner Portal

  1. Login to E-MetroTel Partner Portal.
  2. Navigate to Cloud Services -> Connectors -> MS-Teams.
  3. Click on Add MS-Teams User button.

  4. Enter all the required fields and click SAVE AND EXIT or SAVE AND ADD NEXT if you have more than one user to add.
  5. The user will receive an email with the Serial Number and Subscription Key for the Infinity Dialer.

Delete MS Team User

If you need to connect the Infinity Dialer to a different UCX, you have to first delete the MS Team User from the Partner Portal, then repeat the steps to add the MS Team User to the new UCX.

To delete the User:

  1. Login to E-MetroTel Partner Portal.
  2. Navigate to Cloud Services -> Connectors -> MS-Teams.
  3. Click the icon under the Delete column for the user you want to delete.
