The root cause of the problem originated from a necessary change implemented by Google regarding the handling of notifications on Android devices.
While the adjustments have been fully applied to rectify the situation on iOS, Android users may continue to experience difficulties. We are actively addressing these Android-related issues and will provide further updates as they become available.
We recommend that customers restart their InfinityOne servers to apply the changes that resolve the iOS notification issues and partially mitigate the impact on Android users.
